By using this website, you agree to these terms. The website currently provides information about Setern, its development roadmap, and an optional early-access signup form.
These terms do not create a subscription, purchase, coaching relationship, medical relationship, or guarantee of access to the future app.

Development status
Setern is in active development. Screenshots, descriptions, dates, roadmap items, features, platforms, and release targets may change as the product is tested.
Roadmap dates are working targets, not binding release commitments. Reliability and product readiness may change the schedule.
Early access
Joining the early-access list is free and creates no payment obligation. It does not guarantee an invitation, a specific testing date, continued access, or inclusion in any particular testing group.
You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person’s email address without permission. You can withdraw from the list at any time by contacting contact@setern.com.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the website, hosting, forms, or security;
- submit spam, malicious code, false information, or automated abusive requests;
- attempt to access non-public systems, data, or accounts;
- copy or use Setern branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
- use the website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
Content and ownership
The Setern name, brand mark, website design, copy, product screenshots, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the project operator. You may view and share links to the website for personal, non-commercial use.
These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights. Reproduction, resale, misleading use, or commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve Setern, but you keep ownership of any rights you already hold in that feedback.
Third-party services and links
The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure, including Netlify. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Setern does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
Fitness information
Website descriptions of training, recovery, readiness, progression, or future product behaviour are general product information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or personalised coaching.
Exercise carries risk. Seek appropriate professional advice where needed and do not rely on this development website to make medical or safety decisions.
Website availability
Setern may update, suspend, remove, or correct website content without notice. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security work, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Liability
The website is provided for general information while the product is being developed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Setern is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by reliance on provisional product information, roadmap targets, third-party links, or temporary website unavailability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
The website privacy notice explains how early-access information is collected and used. Separate privacy information and app terms will be published before public Setern accounts, workout-data processing, or paid services launch.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, early-access process, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest version. Material terms for the future app or paid service will be presented separately before they apply.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you use the website as a consumer in another country, this does not remove mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here requires a consumer to bring a claim only in Sofia where consumer law gives another forum.
